We have quite a few homestead parcels available on Teravus Plaza and SeaPrior Plaza up for grabs. The parcels are 1024m2 and host 700 prims each. These are ideal for residents that don't run their own regions and just want somewhere they can call home. These are free to OSgrid residents that don't have their own land already. You are allowed one parcel per person and building must be fairly 'in key' with surroundings. You also must log in pretty regular and make use of the parcel or your prims will be returned and the parcel alloted to someone else.

I took over managing the homestead plazas a couple of weeks ago and spent quite a bit of time cleaning them up, but have not advertised them as yet as I have been so busy with testing OpenSim here.
